GS Cabernet Sauvignon is a South African red wine made by Monis Wineries in Durbanville, first released in 1966.

Never certified for sale, the 1966 and 1968 Durbanville Cabernets were labelled GS and handed out by SFW directors, and the 1966 became the most mythologised old South African red.
