Crown Premium Dry is a South African ready-to-drink made by Distell Group, first released in 1992.
Launched in 1992 as a beer alternative, it was the biggest alcoholic fruit beverage in South Africa between 1996 and 1998, selling close to 50 million litres in a year, and moved from amber 750ml to clear 660ml bottles in 2003.
